In all aspects of life, communication is key. In a marriage or couplerelationship, if there’s a communication breakdown, it can cause a crash of the whole thing. Couples therapists agree that the number one thing is that people want to be understood and that their emotions are being valued. Good communication is the foundation of a strong relationship. Designed to uncover key social information about yourself and your mate, True Colors® is a tool that fosters an environment of understanding and collaboration. This model is a simple, intriguing, self-awareness tool that is fun, provocative, challenging, and 2 most important, practical! Prepare to learn skills to improve communication, manage conflict and build intimacy.
